If you don't live in our area but would still like to take advantage of our professional repair services then you can send your console to us. Virtually all faults can be fixed, often for much less than a new games console, common faults such as:- Disk read errors, No power, No picture, broken screens, damaged cases etc. can be fixed.
1.) Fill in and print out the Console repair request form
2.) Carefully package your console. (Do not send any leads etc, just the console.)
3.) Enclose the Console repair request form
And a cheque or postal order for the repair made payable to TeamK

We recommend sending your handheld console via Royal Mail insured special delivery as we will not take responsibilty for loss or extra damage to consoles!
5.) On receipt of your console we will check to ensure no other faults are present, if there are we will contact you via email or phone with a quote for the extra repair cost. If you do NOT wish to go ahead with the repair you just pay the return carriage charge.
6.) Once payment has cleared we will carry out the repair and return your console.
