Sony PS3 YLOD Repair
At TeamK the PS3 YLOD (Yellow Light of Death) is one of the most common faults seen on PS3 consoles that come in for repair.
Often once this fault is discovered, a game disc has often already become stuck within the PS3 drive.
During the repair process, we will remove the game disc and return it to you in a plastic cover when we return your console.
It is important that you do not attempt to remove the game disc yourself, this can often cause the drive to become misaligned, which will require further work
to rectify.
