Office 2010 Starting in Safe Mode

Email Support is core to the IT Support business at TeamK.

There have been issues reported today by some of our customers that Outlook will only open in Safe Mode.

This has been identified as a recently released hotfix from Microsoft that is causing this issue.

The hotfix is KB3114409

In order to resolve the issue the hotfix has been removed and then hidden to avoid reinstalltion.
