Your personal information is safe with us, we will only access your document folders for backup purposes. However... We accept no liability for any loss of data which may occur when our engineers are working on your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure you backup your files on a regular basis. We also accept no liability should any other part of the computer fail whilst being repaired with us.

Problems connecting to the internet? Contact us to arrange a convenient time to visit you in your home. We can also help you setup and secure your wireless (wifi) or wired home network or with any problems you may have with your broadband connection. The cost of an onsite visit is £30 per hour labour charge. This is also a minimum charge per callout. We also offer computer training and tuition in your own home.
